Sir Keir Starmer is expected to urge partner nations to deliver Ukrainian forces with additional advanced missile systems to target Russian targets during discussions in London on the upcoming Friday.

The prime minister will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky alongside referred to as "group of committed partners", including numerous of supporting nations who have agreed to provide Ukraine protection commitments once a ceasefire is arranged.

Ukraine's president has been appealing for weeks for further extended-range systems from the West, a step that Moscow has warned would escalate the hostilities.

Sir Keir will encourage delegates to ramp up the provision of advanced missile technology following a successful strike on a manufacturing site in Bryansk, Russia, using Britain-delivered Storm Shadow missiles.

"And his horrific attacks on innocent children in a daycare this week demonstrate that abundantly clear," he added.

A pair of children were included in at least seven fatally wounded in numerous Russian strikes on Ukrainian territory, which targeted a nursery in the second biggest city the eastern city.

Budgetary Negotiations

The Prime Minister will consult partner nations on how to take Russia's petroleum resources off the global market.

They will also consider employing blocked Russian resources to offer the Ukrainian government with financial loans, while the proposal faced insufficient agreement and jurisdictional challenges at the European meeting on Thursday.

The Russian government launched its comprehensive attack of Ukrainian territory in winter 2022. It presently controls about one-fifth of Ukrainian territory, encompassing the southern Crimea peninsular Russia annexed in the year 2014.
